Ruzawi River Footbridge International Trust (RRFIT) is a non-profit making organization formed on the 21^st of September 2014 and was subsequently registered as such in 2015. The Trust is managed by the Board of Trustees. The board is constituted by a Chairperson, Vice Chairperson Treasurer, Secretary and one Committee Member. Its terms of reference are to come up with resolutions and policies that govern the operations of the trust which are to constituent with the vision and the mission of the organization.
